LinkedIn Social Content Strategy Ownership Works

Ownership Works is an organization focused on making equity accessible to everyday employees through shared ownership.

For this project they asked for a strategy tailored to their LinkedIn audience geared toward providing informational content and bolstering their authority as a thought leader in this space, specifically within the context of Black History Month.

The solution I presented was to develop a three-pronged approach—celebrate how much has been accomplished, explore what more progress looks like and look to a promising future.
